Welcome to Woven, a relationship support app developed and operated by Woven Life, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Woven," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Woven app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. There are no specific age restrictions, but use by minors may require parental consent depending on your local laws.

3. Accounts and Pairing

To use Woven, you must create an account using an email and password or sign in via Apple or Google. You may optionally pair your account with a partner to share certain content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Woven is a subscription-based service. We offer a 2-week free trial. After that, you may choose between:

When you subscribe, your paired partner also receives premium access. You can cancel at any time through your app store settings. All billing is handled through the app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play), and their terms apply.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm another person, or to upload content that is offensive or inappropriate.

6. User Content and Privacy

You may submit content to the app (such as reflections, goals, or messages), some of which may be shared with your paired partner. No information is shared outside your relationship. We use third-party services to store and personalize your experience, and we take appropriate measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and software associated with Woven are the property of Woven Life, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Not a Substitute for Therapy

Woven provides relationship guidance and reminders based on behavioral research and attachment theory. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek professional help.

9. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. By using Woven during beta, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you agree to the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
